Our feed me project currently runs in Pakistan – namely Lahore from 6pm to 8pm daily. Distribution is once a day in the evening lasting for 2 hours. Poor labourer’s men, women and children queue and collect their 2 roti’s.

The project started off distrubuting roti but as time progressed we introduced a curry dish to accompany their roti’s for free. This project helps around 200 people a day and runs all year.

MGR’s ‘feed me’ project is divided into 5 types:

MGR Iftari/Sehri Project: This scheme runs during Ramadan in Pakistan, India and Palestine and helps around 300 people a day with their daily requirements of food/water to enable them to fast.

MGR Emergency Relief Project: This scheme provides food and water to the masses when in times of emergency.

MGR Qurbani Project: This scheme operated in 11 countries last year with over 10,000 people benefitting from fresh meat.

MGR Sadaqa Animal Project: The Sadaqa of an animal project in Pakistan and India provides fresh meat to over 300 people a year. MGR on average performs 20 sadaqas of animals per year.

MGR Aqiqah Project: The Aqiqah project is performed on behalf of our donors and provides fresh meat to over 150 people a year, on average 10 Aqiqahs are performed per year.
